On the 29th of September we spent the morning learning Capoeira lead by Contra Mestre Alf on the Ta’Xbiex Promenade!

Capoeira is a Brazilian Martial Art which is a mix of self-defence with music, dance, & acrobatics, so we were sure to get your morning workout in 🤼
