On 29/04/22, a meeting was held with the Director General, Mr. Ramon Deguara to discuss the Eastern Regional Council’s proposals for waste separation during the festivities and keeping the localities clean.
The Cleansing and Maintenance Department will provide a set of bins, for a period of 3 days (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) at local feasts and will be regularly cleaned by the same department.
No later than two days after the end of the holiday, there will be a cleaning service in the mostly frequented areas of the locality.
