The third edition of the Easter Competition saw a remarkable surge in participation, prompting the Eastern Regional Council to debut the Easter Competition Awards ceremony. Held at the Swieqi Local Council, the event was a vibrant celebration of creativity and talent, with Mr. Anthony Chircop, President of the Eastern Regional Council, lauding the participants and presenting prizes generously sponsored by various organizations.

At the Is-Swieqi Local Council Hall, participants of diverse ages showcased their artistic prowess through a variety of Easter-themed creations, each piece highlighting their unique talents. The atmosphere was electric with applause and appreciation, underscoring the spirit of imagination and talent that defined the occasion. As the event concluded, the Eastern Regional Council looks forward to nurturing further creativity and enjoyment within its community.

The winners were selected across three age categories, with Janika Ruess (7 years) clinching first place, followed by Dejan Zammit (13 years) in second place, and Luann Fenech (4 years) in third place.
