Name of Event – Regional Sports Day 2024 🏃♂️
Date – Thursday 24th October 2024
Time – 9.30am and 1.30pm
Location – MEYR Centre for Physical Education and Sport, Triq Joseph Abela Scolaro, Ħamrun
The Eastern Regional Council is excited to host the Regional Sports Day 2024, a dynamic event focused on promoting the importance of physical education in children. This year, students from state schools across the Eastern Region, currently in Years 4 & 5, will enjoy a fun-filled morning packed with sports circuits, games, and activities that encourage fitness and teamwork.
This initiative has been going on for a number of years by the Eastern Regional Council!
Each participating child will receive a vibrant, custom-designed t-shirt 🎽 featuring the Eastern Regional Council emblem as a token of the day. To keep everyone energised and hydrated, we will be providing water and fresh fruit throughout the event.
