On 15th June 2022, the Eastern Regional Council held an Animal Society Seminar. This seminar will help guide the Eastern Regional Council to tackle issues pertaining to the prescience of animals within our society.

We would like to thank the Parliamentary Secretary, Hons. Alison Zerafa Civelli, for being present as well as the speakers Ex-Commissioner of Animal Welfare, Mr. Emanuel Buhagiar, Animal Guardians representative, Ms. Carmen Coleiro, and Veterinarian at Pets and Vets, Dr. Victoria Bondin. We would also like to thank the Sliema Local Council who has helped in making this event possible.
