The Eastern Regional Council has proudly been awarded the Community Support Scheme (CSS) by the Malta Council for the Voluntary Sector for the FLOW project.
FLOW is all about breathing new life into the long-overlooked staircase along Valley Road, transforming it into a vibrant and meaningful public artwork. This initiative will turn a neglected space into a visually engaging landmark that not only enhances the area’s beauty but also strengthens the community’s connection to its surroundings.
Inspired by the natural movement and symbolism of water, the artwork will reflect the essence of flow—capturing themes of renewal, continuity, and the environment. It will celebrate the area’s unique identity while creating a welcoming and uplifting space for residents and visitors alike.
Through FLOW, the Eastern Regional Council aims to spark creativity, promote environmental awareness, and foster a stronger sense of pride within the community.
