The Eastern Regional Council in collaboration with ERA – Environment & Resources Authority have successfully conducted two outings titled “Passi fil-Wied” 
for the King’s Trust International Achieve Programme Malta together with St Theresa College Secondary School, Mriehel
.
During the morning the students were guided through Wied Għollieqa 
in Msida (managed by Nature Trust – FEE Malta Wied Ghollieqa) and were provided with a Spotting Handout 
for species (flora
/fauna
) which may be found in the valley. Later, the ERA team guided the students through a Questions & Answers
and Board Game
.
Throughout the morning the students learnt more about how we should care for our valleys and natural environment

and habitats
