The Eastern Regional Council, in collaboration with MaltaPost will issue a series of personalised stamps highlighting the environmental and cultural aspects of the 12 localities within the Eastern Region.
The artist Ms. Lara Vella has beautifully merged the two factors together to create unique paintings which will also be featured on the Regional stamps.
Following the official launch which will be held on Friday 21st of October 2022 (by invite only), the public is encouraged to view the artworks between the 22nd of October and the 4th of November.
